How can you save your brain?


The brain is the most important part in the humming body that because his important job which is the think , without brain u can not dissuade or plan to do any thing your life will be wild as the animals . there are many ways to save your brain and keep it healthy for YOU :
1- quit smoking : the smoking one of the most dangerous habit can damage your brain that because it rise the percent of carbon in your brain.
2- Sleep early.
3- Eat the healthy food.
4- Try to keep work out every day.
5- Try to solve math problem.

In the exams days I’ll do all of my best to pass so I study hard. My way to study is read the text many times and try to understand it and notice on the most important things and save it in my memory . in the test the way which I use it remember the information that I close my eyes and try to see where its place in the bag and figure out what is it. In exams days i'll try to sleep early and have a breakfast in the morning and relaxing coz all of these thing will heloe me to pass.

my favorite clime


Hey hey I like the warm sprinkler clime or a little bit colder. For me it’s a amazing, that’s let me feel romance and goes with my imagination far far a way in another world. I don’t like the hot weather it’s let me nervous and kind of angry and let me get ride of how can I control and keep my body colder. I am from Jeddah it has a hot and humidity clime all of the four seasons of the year except the winter it’s a little warmer and I do not like to hang out during the day time but some time I have to. The wither in Ruston is maybe like Jeddah but it’s more rain than it. So maybe I like it

How to Sleep Early?




Sleeping early give ur brain enough time to take a big benefits and help it work during the day, here u go some advices to help u sleep early:


1) Have a set routine that you have in the morning. Do it in the same sequence and do it every morning. Pretty soon it will become habit and you can perform even if you're half-asleep.


2) The key is waking up at the same time every day, not going to bed at the same time. If you wake up at the same time despite your energy level, your body will naturally get sleepy when it needs to. At first, you'll be tired but you'll adjust.


3) Do this for at least 10 days. It takes a while for your body to adjust to the amount of sleep and to manipulate your energy levels.
